SurePrep is a trusted brand that specializes in providing automation solutions for tax professionals and taxpayers. Our flagship product is the SurePrep 1040 Tax Automation Software, designed to streamline tax preparation processes. With SurePrep, tax professionals can improve the client experience by offering modern conveniences such as mobile app photoscanning, e-signatures, and automated document retrieval.

We also enable clients to upload documents as soon as they receive them, reducing workload compression during tax season. Our software simplifies the gathering of documents by providing clients with an automated document request list that tracks their progress as they upload the necessary files. Once the return is finished, it can be delivered electronically to the client's account, along with payment vouchers and invoices, simplifying the delivery process.

Automation is a key aspect of SurePrep. Our software automatically bookmarks and organizes source documents into a standardized workpaper index that follows the flow of the tax return. It also minimizes data entry by automating the processing of documents with the most advanced OCR technology in the industry.

Additionally, SurePrep offers features to minimize review time and standardize workpaper preparation. Staff can create well-documented workpapers with tick marks, annotations, and hyperlinked cross-references, making the review process more efficient. Our workpaper system automatically bookmarks and organizes workpapers, including PDF, Excel, Word, and Email documents, ensuring standardization.
