Espoonlahden Surffitalli (EST) is a Finnish watersports club founded in 1980, dedicated to developing and promoting windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and practical knowledge and skills for enjoying the water. Welcoming both beginners and experienced participants, the club offers a friendly, low-pressure community where members can learn, practise, and share their interest in watersports.
EST arranges windsurfing and SUP instruction for young people and adults. Courses are tailored to participants, with schedules agreed individually; equipment and protective gear are included. Its windsurfing beginner course covers essential skills for safe independent practice, including basic stance, starting, turning, stopping, and preparing equipment.
