Survival Gendringen

Survivalrun Gendringen is an annual survival-running event organized by Stichting Survival Gendringen in the Achterhoek region of the Netherlands. Scheduled for Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 January 2027, the event combines running with challenging obstacles involving mud, ropes and other survival techniques. Participants need to master basic skills such as the monkey hang, swing-over and foot lock to complete the course.

The event welcomes competitive athletes and recreational runners, and offers dedicated entry options for police participants and a business run on Sunday. Its website provides practical information for taking part, including registration, schedules, distances, categories and start times. Runners and spectators can also find course maps, details of the 45 obstacles, a cycling route for following the course, parking information, regulations, start lists and results.

The start and finish area is located on Waalstraat in Gendringen. The organizers also invite volunteers to support the event and share updates, news and photos through Instagram and Facebook. Survivalrun Gendringen operates under the auspices of the Survivalrun Bond Nederland.
