FrauenKörperSpuren is the work of Susanne Krauss, who supports women in reconnecting with themselves through greater awareness and acceptance of their bodies and personal histories. Its guiding idea is that every scar, line and bodily sensation can carry traces of lived experience. By learning to notice and understand these traces, women can move toward self-acceptance and a more connected, lively way of being.
Susanne Krauss draws on more than 30 years of experience and offers a range of ways to explore this work, including transformational coaching, seminars and women’s circles. Her one-day and online “Spuren lesen” offerings focus on reading the body’s traces, while the three-day “Weibeswohl ist Leibeswohl” seminar invites participants to explore their body stories more deeply. The women’s circle provides a supportive, intimate setting for sharing personal, emotional, social and spiritual topics.
The site also features a blog, regular inspiration and a podcast with conversations with women taking new paths. Its message is not to become a better version of yourself, but to return to yourself
