Susans Haushaltshilfe is a family-run service business operated by SUSAN STADE GmbH, supporting people with household and everyday needs since 2011. Based in the Elbe region, the company has expanded its services over time and now works across five districts in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt. It provides household assistance, help with domestic tasks and garden care, as well as janitorial services, building cleaning and practical jobs such as fence construction. The company uses cleaning products described as environmentally friendly and suitable for health-conscious use.
Since 2016, Susans Haushaltshilfe has been an officially recognised provider for support under Germany’s care relief benefit, and it can bill all long-term care insurance funds. It operates without its own outpatient nursing service and also offers care consultation visits under Section 37.3 of the German Social Code XI. Other services include medical transport by rental car. The business also runs Café Anton, offering breakfast, cake and ice cream as a place for meeting and conversation. Its offices are in Salzwedel and Wittenberge.
