Susan Stutzel

Susan Stutzel CPA + Coach provides accounting, consulting, and coaching services to help nonprofit organizations and individuals replace overwhelm with clarity. Combining her experience as a CPA with certified coaching, Susan works with clients to identify challenges, set priorities, and develop practical plans for meaningful progress. Her nonprofit services include audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures, Form 990 preparation, board development consulting, strategic planning, and internal control recommendations. Engagements are tailored to each organization’s needs, from improving financial reporting to clarifying board responsibilities and strengthening internal processes.

For individuals, including CPAs and other professionals, Susan offers one-time or ongoing coaching sessions, with three- and six-month options. Coaching helps clients define success, identify progress measures, build confidence, establish action steps, and stay accountable. Susan also provides complimentary guides for nonprofits and coaching clients, shares strategies through her blog, and offers a free 30-minute consultation.
