SushiZen is a Swiss sushi brand dedicated to freshness, quality and careful preparation, serving customers for more than 20 years. Led by associates Daniel Lévy and Japanese sushi chef Ken Kawakami, the company brings Japanese culinary traditions to Switzerland through recipes and techniques guided by its chef.
SushiZen prepares sushi to order, using fish sourced directly from selected producers and delivered to its Lausanne workshop the day after the catch. The fish is hand-cut by trained itamae and is not kept beyond the day. Its rice is cooked in cast-iron vats and seasoned with the chef’s house blend of vinegars.
Customers can order platters for one to five people or choose individual items, including maki, nigiri, California rolls, temaki, sashimi and gyoza, as well as Japanese salads, mochi desserts and bubble tea. SushiZen offers free home or office delivery within the Lausanne and Nyon regions, generally within 45 minutes, plus click-and-collect. Its products are also available through more than 20 Swiss outlets, including boutiques and Manor locations.
