SUSKI

Suski Club is a registered sports club focused on alpine skiing and speed skating, with seasonal roller-skating and ice-skating activities. It welcomes children from age five, including beginners and those with prior experience, and offers training designed to build skills, fitness and confidence. Saturday roller-skating sessions take place at Park Maćka i Doroty in Kraków’s Kliny area and begin with general fitness exercises. In winter, the club organizes ski sessions at nearby slopes, including Harbutowice, Myślenice and Litwinka, as well as ice-skating training at the Myślenice rink. Ice-skating instruction covers basic movement, braking, turns, crossovers and changes of speed.

The club also participates in the “Złota Łyżwa” program, supported by the Polish Speed Skating Association and the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. Its regular sessions combine roller and ice skating with general development exercises to improve coordination, strength, speed and endurance. Training is led by qualified coaches and instructors, with activities adapted to participants’ age and ability. Suski Club also organizes sports camps, including a summer camp in Giżycko.
