Sustainable Health Guide

Sustainable Health Guide is a wellness coaching brand founded by Anke to help women over 40 feel stronger, more confident, and at home in their bodies. Its approach rejects restrictive diet rules, quick fixes, and punishing exercise routines in favor of practical, science-backed habits that can fit into busy lives and changing bodies. The brand supports women dealing with emotional, guilt-driven, or stress-related eating through personalized, whole-body guidance focused on sustainable progress.

Services and resources include one-to-one coaching, workshops, and a nutrition and exercise program. The guidance centers on flexible nourishment without labeling foods as good or bad, enjoyable movement that builds strength without burnout, and small, lasting lifestyle changes. Sustainable Health Guide also offers a Feel-Good Starter Kit with simple steps for getting started, including a hydration habit. Anke draws on training in life coaching, sustainable food systems, food relationships, metabolic health, and fitness. The brand’s mission is to help women navigate confusing health advice and develop routines that support long-term well-being.
