Sutter Buttes Swimming

Sutter Buttes Swimming is a nonprofit youth organization serving California’s Yuba-Sutter region. It operates a year-round competitive swim team for swimmers ages 5 to 18. The team trains at Gauche Aquatic Park (GAP) in Yuba City and practices five days per week.

Its program aims to develop competitive swimming while building a foundation in character, technique, discipline, sportsmanship, fitness, and fun. These priorities make swimming both an athletic pursuit and an opportunity for young participants to grow through consistent training and team involvement. Prospective swimmers and their families can visit the organization’s contact page for information about joining.

Sutter Buttes Swimming also accepts donations in support of its nonprofit youth mission and shares updates on Facebook under its organization name. The team’s training location is Gauche Aquatic Park, 421 Center Street, Yuba City, California 95991. Through regular practices and an emphasis on foundational values, the organization offers young people in the area a structured setting to pursue competitive swimming and enjoy fitness and team participation
