Sv-Leinheims

Schützenverein Eintracht Leinheim is a community-based shooting sports club with a history rooted in Leinheim, Germany. Founded in 1920 as the Freie Schützengesellschaft Leinheim, it adopted its current name in 1925 and was registered as an association in 1978. From an original group of 14 members, the club has grown to around 200.

Its central activity is promoting shooting sports within the local community, supported by club facilities and opportunities for members to take part in shooting events and competitions. The association has hosted district shooting events, participated in league competitions, and built relationships with other clubs, including a longstanding friendship with shooters from Walldorf. It also focuses on youth development and community life, with information on these activities, membership, events, and news available through its website.

The club’s current shooting house was built through substantial volunteer effort, involving more than 24,000 hours of work, and opened in 1993. Today, Schützenverein Eintracht Leinheim continues to bring residents together around sport, tradition, and shared club activities, and invites followers to keep up with news through Facebook and Instagram
