SV-Viking

SV Viking is a skating and roller-skating club serving Harderwijk and the surrounding area. Founded by Leen Pfrommer on 21 August 1962, the association has been a member of the Royal Dutch Skating Association (KNSB) since 3 September 1967. It welcomes both young people and adults who want to develop their skills with guidance from experienced trainers.

The club offers skating, roller-skating and dry-land training throughout the year. From April to September, members take part in summer training in Harderwijk. From October to March, the club’s skating sessions are held at De Scheg ice rink in Deventer. Weekend competitions provide opportunities for members to participate, and the season concludes with a friendly, accessible club competition.

SV Viking’s training programme caters to youth and adult participants, with instructors covering skating and roller-skating across these age groups. The association also supports members through practical club information, including trial lessons, registration, membership fees and club clothing.
