Schützen Verein Zeilsheim 1960 e.V. is a local shooting club that brings people together around sport, tradition, and community life in Zeilsheim. The club welcomes prospective members and invites visitors to try shooting at a free introductory session; no equipment is required. Regular meetups take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. at the club’s welcoming clubhouse, where newcomers can learn more and experience the club in person.

Beyond its shooting activities, the association contributes to local events and community connections. It joins the Heimat- und Geschichtsverein Zeilsheim in hosting the annual Maifest at the clubhouse, celebrating local traditions in a friendly setting. The club also takes part in the Zeilsheim courtyard flea market, opening its forecourt as a place for residents without their own courtyard to set up a stall. These activities make the clubhouse a gathering point for both members and the wider neighborhood. With opportunities to get involved, try a new activity, and take part in local events, the club combines shooting sport with an active community presence.
