Svart af Hälsingborg is a Swedish confectionery brand focused on making high-quality black licorice. Its soft licorice is produced exclusively with plant-based ingredients and contains neither palm oil nor gelatin, making it suitable for vegans. The makers describe it as exceptionally tasty and invite customers to try it for themselves.
The brand’s website provides information about its licorice, ingredients and production, alongside a product gallery and details for finding retailers. It also offers contact information for customer and business inquiries. Svart af Hälsingborg is listed at an address in Landskrona, Sweden, and shares updates through social media. The brand name refers to Helsingborg, whose Swedish spelling was Hälsingborg from 1912 to 1970; the website also presents background on the city and its history. For shoppers seeking a plant-based sweet, Svart af Hälsingborg offers a focused range centered on soft black licorice, made without two ingredients the brand specifically excludes: palm oil and gelatin.
