Sveta Gora-Mt. Athos Christian Orthodox Funeral Home is a family-owned and operated brand that has been offering dignified Christian Orthodox funeral services since its consecration in 2000. Our commitment is rooted in centuries-old traditions and customs, ensuring that every service is respectful and compassionate.

We provide a range of services, tailored to meet individual budgets and needs. Whether you require immediate assistance or prefer to plan ahead, we have cost-saving pre-planning options available. Additionally, we specialize in handling funerals from anywhere in the United States to cemeteries in the greater Chicago land area or even in the former Yugoslavia and other countries in Eastern Europe.

Our brand is certified as a Known Shipper by the TSA and major international airlines, making it simpler to hold services outside the United States. At Sveta Gora-Mt. Athos Christian Orthodox Funeral Home, we also offer Christian Orthodox prayers for the departed, believing in life after death and the Resurrection.

We conduct individual memorial prayers on specific days after death, and an annual memorial for loved ones. Dedicated to our community, we strive to provide high-quality services with utmost value and compassion. You can contact us at our facility on North Pulaski Road in Chicago
