SV Noad

S.V. NOAD is a community sports association based in Nieuw-Wehl, serving local residents and the surrounding area. The club welcomes people looking for sport, social connection and a personal atmosphere, and invites prospective members to try its activities for free up to four times at Sportzaal De Horst.

Its programme includes volleyball and indiaca, a team sport similar to volleyball in which players strike a shuttle-like object with the flat of the hand. NOAD also offers gymnastics for children, seniors and people with intellectual disabilities. Aerobics combines a warm-up with varied, music-based exercises aimed at improving fitness and endurance. In “Op de mat,” participants train in a group through activities that develop strength, coordination and fitness; sessions may include circuit training, instructor-led exercises and games.

Activities take place on different days of the week, with options including a 60+ men’s volleyball session. Annual fees listed on the site are €140 for aerobics and “Op de mat” group classes, and from €120 for volleyball or indiaca.
