NLS Vestfold Krets provides swimming instruction and water-safety training across Vestfold, Norway, and is part of the Norwegian Life Saving Society. Its courses support learners at different stages, from early water familiarization to swimming development and lifesaving competence. Babyswimming is available from eight weeks of age, with many children progressing to swimming groups for ages three to five.

Children aged six and older can join swimming instruction focused on developing skills, self-rescue, confidence, and comfort in the water. The organization also offers lifesaving and competition activities, along with lifesaving courses for teachers, kindergarten staff, and others who lead activities in, on, or near water. These professional courses include an annual in-water assessment and may be held indoors or outdoors.

NLS Vestfold Krets serves families, schools, and kindergartens throughout the region, with course information and registration available through its website. Its offerings combine practical swimming education with an emphasis on safety and competence around water
