Swain Behavioral Consultation & Achievements (SBCA) provides applied behavior analysis services, training, and consultation focused on positive behavior change and quality of life. Led by founder and clinical director Dr. Stephanie Swain, the organization serves children, adolescents, adults, families, schools, and other organizations, with services customized to individual or organizational needs.

Its school and organizational offerings include ABA therapy and consultation, classroom behavior management, program planning, behavior interventions, parent education, staff training, and skills and behavioral assessments. SBCA also offers hands-on consultation for parents and caregivers, helping them develop and implement tailored strategies, as well as behavioral consultation and therapy for adults. For professionals, the organization provides customized presentations and professional development on topics such as differential reinforcement and classroom behavior management.

BCBA candidates can receive supervision of clinical hours and training aligned with the BACB Task List, while first-year BCBAs may access up to one year of mentorship. Services are available remotely and in the Chicagoland area, and prospective clients can request a free initial consultation
