Swapper is a Czech ticket marketplace that helps people buy and sell e-tickets for concerts, festivals, theatre, and other cultural or sporting events. Its online platform lets users browse thousands of events, purchase tickets, or list them for resale without negotiating directly with strangers. Sellers are verified through BankiD, while automated checks help identify altered tickets and prevent duplicate listings. To support fair pricing, resale prices are capped at 120% of the ticket’s original price, and limits apply to the number of tickets listed per event.
For selected events, Swapper offers Secure Ticket, through which the organiser issues the buyer a new ticket, and Swapper Direct, which transfers tickets to the buyer’s organiser account. Buyers can also add optional paid protection, the Swapper Guarantee, and set email alerts for newly listed tickets to sold-out events. The company also sources VIP and premium tickets on request, including for sold-out events. Sellers generally receive payment the day after a sale, while customer support is available in Czech by email and phone.
