About Swede Hill Dist
Swede Hill Distillery, nestled in the heart of Yakima Valley, embodies a rich heritage dating back to the early 1900s when Swedish immigrants cultivated the land. Founded by Kevin and Pamela Milford, the distillery has proudly operated since 2013, offering a premium selection of craft spirits that emphasize a “Farm to Bottle” philosophy. Utilizing locally sourced fruit and grains, Swede Hill produces a distinct line of spirits, including their smooth moonshine infused with fresh apples and tart pie cherries, bottled at 60 proof.
Their single barrel American Whiskey, aged for two years in American white oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof, boasts hints of caramel and vanilla for an exceptionally smooth finish. All products are gluten-free, with no preservatives or artificial coloring, making them perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails. Recognized for excellence, Swede Hill has received numerous awards, including medals from regional spirits competitions.
