Sweet Tea + Thyme is not your average recipe website. With a focus on teaching you how to cook, they offer a wide array of multicultural, seasonal recipes developed and tested by Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, Eden Westbrook. Drawing inspiration from her diverse background as a third-generation Navy brat, military veteran, and vet spouse, she brings fresh, from-scratch recipes that showcase her love for different cultures and the places she's lived.

Each recipe is intricately broken down in blog posts, providing historical knowledge, ingredient breakdowns, culinary techniques, and professional terms useful for everyday cooking. The ultimate goal is to empower home cooks to not only follow recipes, but also understand and appreciate the background and history behind them. With a strong passion for great cooking in her blood, Eden resides in the beautiful Virginia Countryside, where she continues to whip up delicious recipes, teach aspiring food bloggers, and embrace a life surrounded by nature
