SweetwaterValleyFarm

Sweetwater Valley Farm is a family-owned dairy farm in Philadelphia, Tennessee, rooted in a region known for its dairy and agricultural heritage. The farm cares for its cows and land while producing farmstead cheese using milk from its own herd, managing each stage from growing feed to making and packaging cheese.

Its range includes award-winning Southern cheeses such as cheddar, flavored cheddar, Colby, Gouda, smoked Gouda, cheese curds, and farmers cheese. Customers can shop at the farm’s cheese store or order online, with gift packages featuring farm cheeses and other local products available for purchase and shipping.

The farm also welcomes visitors to learn about dairy farming and meet the cows. Tour offerings are being improved, and a modified behind-the-scenes tour is available during the transition. On site, the Seed to Sandwich Cafe serves lunch, including grilled cheese made with the farm’s cheddar, along with milkshakes and other items. Sweetwater Valley Farm brings together dairy production, local food, shopping, and farm visits, sharing its agricultural work and products with the community.
