Swen Sattler

Swen Sattler offers personal training, coaching, karate instruction, and professional protection services in Erfurt. Drawing on his own sporting and professional experience, Sattler develops individual training programmes tailored to each person’s schedule and needs, with attention to health, nutrition, enjoyment of sport, and practical planning. His karate work focuses on athletic development and is available to children from the age of three.

Training helps young participants develop body awareness and control, while dedicated groups provide opportunities to practise and take part in competitions. The programme also includes Soundkarate, competitive karate, self-defence, and school projects focused on violence prevention and protection. For clients who require security, Sattler provides personal, accompanying, and event protection.

His approach recognises that protection needs may be identified through risk assessment, including for people in public-facing or high-profile roles. Through these services, Swen Sattler combines sport, personal development, and security to support individuals and groups with focused, tailored guidance
