Świdnicka Grupa Biegowa

Świdnicka Grupa Biegowa is a sports association in Świdnica, Poland, bringing together people who enjoy running and active recreation. Its roots date to October 2015, when an informal group began holding training sessions to prepare for the first RST Świdnica Half Marathon. The association was officially registered in May 2017 and continues to promote running within the local community.

The group offers regular sessions for runners of different interests, including strength training, pace workouts, supplementary exercise and Sunday running trips. Training takes place at local sports facilities and meeting points in Świdnica, and participation is open to anyone without a fee. Members and visitors can also join group trips to competitions, running events, social gatherings and charitable activities.
