SwimAI

SwimAI is a swim-training platform that creates personalized plans to help swimmers reach their goals in the pool. Its daily workouts are adapted to the time available and include structured sets, target paces, rest intervals, equipment suggestions, and guidance for each exercise. Swimmers can also plan a full season, with training volume and intensity progressing through phases from general preparation to taper and competition.

The platform offers seven training methodologies, including linear, polarized, pyramidal, threshold, block, undulating, and USRPT approaches. It suggests a method based on the swimmer’s profile, with options suited to beginners, distance swimmers, sprinters, experienced athletes, and those preparing for fitness tests. Users can track progress toward a competition and review weekly focus and training zones. SwimAI also lets swimmers share a Stories-ready image of a completed workout. The service is presented by MAD DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.), and provides account access, support, terms, privacy information, and frequently asked questions.
