Swimfun North East

Swimfun North East is a friendly, inclusive swim school offering lessons for people of all ages and abilities in Hebburn and West Boldon. Its classes are held at Keelman’s Way School and Boldon Dive Centre, providing welcoming settings for swimmers to build confidence, develop technique and enjoy learning in the water. The programme includes Swimtots for babies aged 0–2, Swimtoddlers for ages 2–3, Swim England classes for children aged four and over, and adult lessons for swimmers aged 16 and above.

Swimfun focuses on making swimming safe, enjoyable and developmental, from first splashes to more advanced skills such as front crawl and breathing techniques. Small class sizes and in-pool teachers support individual attention and progress at each swimmer’s pace. Instructors adapt their approach for children of different abilities, including those with special educational needs and disabilities. Swimfun is accredited by Swim England and tracks progress through its own framework and the Swim England framework.
