Doug Iredale Swim, Surf, Paddle Coaching is a Gold Coast-based coaching service focused on helping people enjoy and improve their time in the water. Doug provides one-on-one, group and corporate coaching in swimming, surfing and paddling, with sessions tailored to clients’ goals, experience and needs. His practical approach puts him in the water alongside clients, combining hands-on guidance with encouragement and a focus on using natural ability efficiently. Coaching is available for children and adults, whether they want to build confidence, develop skills, improve fitness or pursue stronger sporting results.

Services include learn-to-swim instruction, swimming stroke correction, surfing lessons, body-surfing guidance, paddling skills for different craft, surf safety and preparation for competition. Doug also runs corporate surf-awareness workshops and workshops for surf clubs.
