Swimtom

SWIMTOM is a swimming school serving children, teenagers and adults in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Legionowo and nearby communities. Its instruction is designed for beginners as well as swimmers who want to improve their skills, with an emphasis on safety, patience and progress at a pace suited to each participant. Experienced instructors guide learners in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Courses for children introduce water confidence, safe pool behaviour, breathing and basic swimming movements, and can also help young swimmers refine their technique. Adult lessons support beginners who want to overcome anxiety and gain confidence in the water, as well as more experienced participants working on breathing, coordination, stamina and swimming efficiency. SWIMTOM offers both small-group and individual lessons, tailored to age, ability and learning needs. Instruction progresses from feeling comfortable in the water to mastering fundamentals and developing technique. The school’s website also highlights recruitment for infant activities and invites visitors to explore Nordic walking. Families and adults can contact SWIMTOM to ask about classes in its service areas.
