Swim With Coach Dana

Swim With Coach Dana is a swim instruction program serving families in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with a focus on water safety, confidence, and independent swimming. It offers lessons throughout the year for a range of ages and abilities, from babies and toddlers to children, teens, and adults. Families can choose group classes, personalized private lessons, or family private lessons for parents and children from the same household. A swim assessment helps participants find a suitable lesson structure.

The program combines practical safety knowledge with instruction in swimming skills and strokes. Lessons are tailored to learners’ comfort, goals, and experience, with an emphasis on building confidence in a supportive environment. Swim With Coach Dana’s instructors teach at Patterson Park Community Center’s indoor pool and SportsCom’s indoor and outdoor pools. Private and family lessons are also offered at Coach Dana’s outdoor pool. The website features instructor information, enrollment details, parent resources, testimonials, and articles about water safety and wellness.
