Swiss 420 Association supports sailors in Switzerland who compete in, or are exploring, the 420 sailing class. The association brings together teams, clubs and other sailing partners, helping young sailors develop their skills and take part in regattas at regional, national and international levels.
Its activities include class training, open training sessions, camps and regattas at Swiss lakes and venues abroad. Events provide opportunities for sailors to build experience, prepare for competitions and try the 420 before choosing it as their future class. The association also shares information about the annual sailing calendar and selection regattas for major championships, including European and world events. Interested teams can contact the association about championship entries.
Resources for members and sailors include downloadable materials, such as a 420 trim calculator, to help crews fine-tune their boats. The association also publishes event announcements, results and class news, and offers information for prospective members and people interested in boats for sale.
