SWISSAID
@swissaid.ch
We are involved in cooperative development projects in India, Myanmar, Tanzania, Chad, Niger, Guinea-Bissau, Ecuador and Colombia. SWISSAID has committed itself to the disadvantaged people in the Southern Hemisphere – especially in those areas where there are no other organisations on hand to help them. With your donation, we battle for the right of all people to lead their lives without hunger, need and oppression. We work exclusively with local partners to give small farmers and their families a helping hand so they can go on to sustain themselves over the long term. We do not shy away from showdowns with multinationals, major land owners or organisations that are polluting the environment either. This is always done with the aim of emboldening defenceless local people and giving them the ability to help themselves. Your donations and our commitment enable small farmers to achieve great things. Thank you for your support!

About SWISSAID
SWISSAID is a humanitarian organization dedicated to creating a world free from hunger, where even the poorest people can lead healthy, dignified, and self-determined lives. They focus on various regions including Africa, Asia, and Latin America, running projects with a focus on fighting hunger, promoting agricultural ecology, gender equality, climate resilience, and more.
Their efforts have already positively impacted over 346,000 beneficiaries in 2022, with additional emergency relief projects supporting 100,000 more people. Through sustainable self-help projects, they have allocated an average of 18.4 million CHF to combat hunger across nine countries on three continents.
At the heart of their work is the emphasis on self-help, whereby the organization empowers local communities with the tools to produce and market food sustainably, combating hunger through ecological farming practices and gender equality initiatives.
SWISSAID's commitment to transparency and accountability is evident through their ZEWO certification, ensuring the careful management of donations for maximum impact. By supporting SWISSAID, you can contribute to creating a world where hunger is a thing of the past.
