Swissmechanic is an innovative and independent employer, professional, and trade association for MEM-SME companies. In the Central Switzerland region, Swissmechanic offers a wealth of experience and tailor-made educational programs. Their state-of-the-art training center in Lucerne provides a top-notch educational infrastructure where around 220 apprentices are trained annually. Competent trainers offer practical instruction in mechanical and electro-technical basic and further education, as well as technical expertise. They also rent out modern training and seminar rooms.

Swissmechanic fosters close collaboration with their members and partner companies, creating forums for professional exchange and networking. The Central Switzerland section is based in Lucerne and is led by Mr. Patrick Riedweg, the managing director of Swissmechanic Central Switzerland.
