I SwissNest Relocation

SwissNest Relocation is a Zurich-based relocation and apartment search service founded in 2019 by Anna and Andy Gruenwald. The company helps expats, international professionals, couples and families find rental homes and settle into life in Zurich. Drawing on more than 15 years of local experience and a network of landlords, property managers and brokers, its team supports clients through the challenges of the competitive rental market.

Apartment search support covers the process from defining a search profile and monitoring listings to shortlisting homes, attending viewings, preparing applications and communicating with landlords. SwissNest can join viewings or attend on a client’s behalf, and also helps review rental contracts, manage next steps for deposits and support clients through the handover and move-in. Standard settling-in support after handover is included with the apartment search service.

The company also offers optional relocation support by the hour and professional apartment handover assistance. Clients can begin with a free consultation, and the apartment search fee is payable only when SwissNest successfully secures an apartment.
