Swiss Solar Boat is an official project and association of EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) that aims to design and develop a solar-powered boat. With a team of motivated members and partnerships with various laboratories, the brand has dedicated over 100,000 hours of work to achieve exceptional performance. While their current boat, the Dahu, has proven itself in the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge, endurance has been its weak point.

To address this, Swiss Solar Boat has set a goal to develop a new hybrid hydrogen-solar boat by 2025. The team will utilize the Dahu as a testing platform and integrate a fuel cell to gain experience in hydrogen propulsion and further enhance the prototype's development.
