Southwest Minnesota Lactation & Beyond is a resource site created by Jenna Erickson, a Certified Nurse-Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Focused on supporting families across Southwest Minnesota, the site offers information and guidance related to breastfeeding, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Its resources address common concerns such as breast and nipple pain, latch and positioning, and slow infant weight gain, alongside additional educational content.

Jenna emphasizes individualized, comfortable care that respects each family’s needs and goals. Although she formerly provided private-practice lactation and birth support through Southwest Minnesota Lactation & Beyond, she is not currently seeing patients in private practice. She now sees patients through CCM Health, offering lactation consultations as well as full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, birth, postpartum, well-woman, and gynecologic services.
