Swarna & Sons Pvt Ltd is a renowned brand that has been dedicated to preserving and perpetuating the unique art of Sri Lankan handicrafts for over 70 years. In 1960, our journey began when my grandfather, O G Swarnasinghe, founded Swarna & Sons with a humble loan of just Rs. 20,000. Starting as a small showroom showcasing Sri Lanka's rich cultural traditions, we quickly became a household name in the community of Kandy.
Today, we are honored to have our work adorn gift rooms worldwide, including Sri Lanka's official gift on the occasion of the marriage of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. As my sister and I join the business, we are committed to bringing our family's legacy into the 21st century while upholding the traditions and values that have shaped our success.
