Segel- und Yachtclub Wollishofen (SYCW) is a sailing and yachting club based in Wollishofen, Zürich, founded in 1948. Registered in the commercial register, the club promotes sailing on Lake Zürich for the wider community and, in particular, its members, who include boat owners and crew. Its activities combine practical seamanship, training and camaraderie on the water.
The SYCW owns Andiamo, a 34-foot Rommel 34CR yacht sailed by the Andiamo Crew. The yacht is also used for training towards the A and D sailing certificates, giving participants practical experience aboard. The club additionally provides winter storage facilities, which serve as a workplace for vessel maintenance and as storage for boats and sailing equipment.
Active members can take part in open and licence-required regattas organized by Swiss Sailing and the Zürichsee-Seglerverband (ZSV). Through its yacht, training opportunities, winter storage and sailing activities, the SYCW supports participation in the sport and fosters an engaged club community.
