Sylica also offers a unified LLM gateway: an OpenAI-compatible API for accessing models from those providers as well as open-source models, with automatic, cost-focused, and speed-focused routing options. The company’s research explores six areas of interactive AI, including natural voice, conversational turn-taking, real-time fact-checking, multimodal understanding, parallel context, and task execution across applications.

Through Sylica Intelligence, Sylica provides custom AI systems for surveillance, weather and hazards, and agriculture, alongside volume pricing for frontier models under one contract. The company shares research publicly and is based in New Mexico.
