SYLTFEE

SYLTFEE is a personal concierge service on Sylt, led by Kim Posner, a native islander with decades of experience in the luxury sector and a strong local network. The business helps property owners and visitors enjoy a more relaxed stay by arranging practical details and providing personal support throughout their time on the island.

Services include property care, general inspection visits, trusted key holding, and coordination of necessary work at homes and outdoor areas. For guests, SYLTFEE can prepare a property before arrival, adjust the indoor climate, stock the refrigerator, put away forwarded luggage, and arrange fresh flowers. After departure, the team checks cleaning and ensures the property remains in order while owners are away.

SYLTFEE also handles shopping, errands, parcel receipt, shuttle journeys, and other individual requests. It can make reservations before or during a stay, including for restaurants, and connect clients with local partners such as personal trainers, hairdressers, dog sitters, and babysitters.
