Sylvie Fallou Sophrologue

Sylvie Fallou is a certified sophrologist and practitioner of hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), offering personal support in Ecommoy and the Le Mans area of Sarthe, France. She works with children, adolescents, adults and older people, providing a confidential, attentive and respectful setting. Each person’s needs and goals guide a tailored approach, using one method or combining techniques as appropriate.

Sophrology brings together muscle relaxation, controlled breathing and mental imagery to help people develop self-awareness, relate differently to emotions and build everyday well-being. In hypnosis sessions, Sylvie guides clients into a relaxed state in which they can draw on their inner resources to address a difficulty or change an unwanted state. NLP focuses on recognizing and modifying thought patterns and behaviours that may contribute to recurring blocks, supporting positive behavioural change.

Sylvie’s practice is grounded in listening, kindness and respect for professional ethical standards. Her website provides information about her methods, services and fees, as well as a way to request an appointment.
