At Synthesis Center, we manage Hub Nicosia, a pioneering social innovation hub that supports organizations, entrepreneurs, and enterprises with a social or environmental mission. We provide mentorship and support to children and adolescents at risk of early school leaving, as well as help teachers and schools develop programs to foster life and entrepreneurial skills in pupils. We also offer non-formal education programs to youth and adults who are at risk of social exclusion, including NEET youth, migrants, people with disabilities, and individuals with fewer opportunities.

Our goal is to provide them with the knowledge, values, and skills necessary to actively participate in civic, political, and economic life. As an accredited Vocational Education & Training provider, we focus on developing training programs that empower small enterprises and their employees, enhancing the employment opportunities for marginalized individuals.
