Led by Gary, Brenda and Eric Syrell, the team draws on more than 40 years of family involvement in Supermodified racing and a long history at the track. Its milestones include a 2016 Oswego Speedway Supermodified track championship with driver Michael Barnes, along with multiple main-event victories and numerous top-five finishes.
The team has fielded drivers including Barnes, Dan Kapuscinski and Dalton Doyle, with experience spanning Supermodifieds, Small Block Supermodifieds and other racing categories. Its roster and car lineup have included an IFS Hawk chassis and a Graves chassis 350-Supermodified. Syrell Racing also recognizes achievements such as crew honors, car-owner recognition and Barnesβs four Favorite Driver awards.
Beyond competition, the organization shares racing news, photos, videos and media through its website, and invites fans to register for updates and giveaway announcements. The site also provides information about the drivers, crew, sponsors and team, along with merchandise available to order.
