Systema Atlantique is a Russian martial arts club based in Nantes, France, founded in 2006 to teach Systema as a practical discipline for self-defence and self-knowledge. Its approach is built around breathing, relaxation, body structure and mobility, helping students develop physical, emotional and psychological awareness, manage stress and adapt to challenging situations. Training explores realistic scenarios, including defence against armed and unarmed opponents, without relying on a fixed technical programme or belt grading system.

The club has four experienced instructors certified by Systema founder and chief instructor Vladimir Vasiliev. It offers three weekly classes across three locations, with sessions open to all levels and two free trial classes for prospective members. Students can choose annual membership plans, including options with access to monthly workshops, or a monthly plan; federation licensing applies to some options. Systema Atlantique also organises seminars and international training events, covering subjects such as knife defence and ground work. Alongside practical instruction, the club fosters a welcoming community centred on respect, discipline and learning together.
