SYSTEMA

Systema Prague Club is a Czech training centre dedicated to Systema, a Slavic martial art focused on fluidity, adaptability and practical self-defence. Based in Prague, the club welcomes men and women of all ages and fitness levels, with training designed to develop individual abilities rather than teach fixed techniques or stances. Its sessions aim to improve movement, concentration and the ability to manage stressful situations, while supporting physical and mental wellbeing.

The club offers regular group training in Prague, with new members welcome at each session. For people unable to attend regularly or those living outside the city, it organises themed, in-person seminars several times a year, often led by internationally recognised instructors. Private lessons are also available, offering individual attention and time to explore specific topics; sessions may take place at the student’s home or in a rented gym. Systema Prague Club describes its approach as open and accessible, with certified instructors, affordable training and a friendly environment.
