Systemu FALA

FALA is a public transport system designed to make planning and paying for journeys across Pomerania easier. It brings different transport options together in one service, including trains, buses, trams and trolleybuses. Through the FALA website or app, passengers can plan a journey by entering their destination and receive a suggested route that can adapt to changes. The system is designed to simplify ticketing: travellers can choose a ticket or allow FALA to match fares to their journey, then pay automatically without needing cash or prior knowledge of fare rules.

Passengers can create a FALA account to manage their travel and use a FALA card as their identifier in the system. The site also offers a payment-card login, allowing users to review transactions without creating an account. FALA provides practical guidance through instructions, videos, frequently asked questions and technical support. Its online resources cover ticket inspections, system devices, ticket purchases and other common topics, helping passengers use the service with confidence.
