Systemisch Boksen is a coaching and training practice led by Jesper, based at Studio Domingo’s in Delfgauw, the Netherlands. It combines boxing and martial arts knowledge with systemic work, including insights from family constellations, to help people recognize and address persistent patterns and personal blocks. The physical activity of boxing can make habitual responses more visible and help participants experience different ways of responding.
