The new certification system, which replaces the previous voluntary system, will gradually be introduced starting from January 1, 2022, and will require all newly established commercial and private accommodations to meet the quality standards defined in the national certification system. The brand conducts certification processes based on a publicly available and transparent procedure, with independent experts involved in the evaluation.
