Szekeres Ákos BJJ

ZR Team Törökbálint, also known as Szekeres Ákos Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy, provides Brazilian jiu-jitsu instruction for children and adults in Törökbálint, Hungary. Its training includes jiu-jitsu fundamentals, grappling, sport jiu-jitsu and practical self-defence, with classes organized for different age groups and experience levels.

Children can start from age three. Preschool sessions use playful movement activities to help children enjoy exercise, while training for younger school-age children develops safe falling techniques and introduces the foundations of self-defence. Older children can deepen their self-defence skills and explore competition. Competing is optional and is treated as a learning opportunity rather than a requirement. Children with special educational needs are welcomed in both integrated and separate training groups.

Adults may join throughout the year, with no previous experience required. The academy offers six adult sessions weekly: three advanced, two intermediate and one beginner class. The team is led by Szekeres Ákos and is based at Torbágy utca 1, 2045 Törökbálint.
