About T1
Its programmable custody system is designed to let lenders provide undercollateralized loans without relying on conventional overcollateralization, borrower KYC, or surrendering asset custody. For each borrower, t1 provisions a margin account controlled by a trusted execution environment (TEE). A lender defines the permitted uses of funds and liquidation conditions; the TEE binds those rules to an account key and signs only transactions that comply. Borrowers can direct trading activity but cannot withdraw the borrowed capital, while liquidations and account positions are monitored and attested in real time.
The infrastructure supports activity across on-chain venues and off-chain orderbooks, including Polymarket, Hyperliquid, Lighter, and Robinhood Chain. t1 offers lending pools for liquidity providers and tools for developers and trading venues seeking to offer leverage without taking custody. Its ecosystem includes AMPLIFI, a permissionless prime brokerage for prediction markets and perpetual exchanges, and Juiced, which offers leverage on memecoins before they list on perpetual exchanges.
