About – Table Privée
Table Privée brings chef-prepared gastronomy into the home through the cooking and services of Clément Reeves, an experienced chef trained in a Michelin-starred kitchen. Its refined, seasonal menus combine creative cooking with a focus on local producers, short supply chains and responsible practices. Customers can order online from a changing selection of starters, main courses and desserts, with vegetarian options and a seasonal suggestion also available. The menu changes every two months, and suggested wine pairings are offered in collaboration with Wine Not, a wine shop in Angers.
Meals are prepared by the chef, vacuum-packed to preserve flavour and texture, and delivered chilled throughout France via Chronofresh. Customers choose their delivery date and time; specific dietary needs and allergies can be taken into account. A minimum order applies, and delivery outside Maine-et-Loire requires advance notice.
In Angers and within 25 kilometres, Table Privée also offers private chef services for special occasions.
